Job applications and the talent list
When you apply for a role or join our talent list, we collect the details you enter in the form: your name, email address, phone number, qualification, years of experience, notice period, the role you applied for, any LinkedIn or portfolio link, your answer to why the role interests you, and your CV if you attach one.
We use this information only to assess your application, to contact you about it, and, for the talent list, to contact you when a matching role opens. We do not use it for marketing and we do not sell it.
Your application is delivered to our recruitment inbox by email. Our email provider processes it on our behalf to deliver it, and the people involved in hiring for the role can read it.
We keep applications and talent list entries for [RETENTION_PERIOD], then delete them.
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, or ask us to delete it sooner, at any time by emailing [APPLY_EMAIL].
